The Council is excited to announce the release of its new report - Turf Removal & Replacement: Lessons Learned.

This report offers a quantitative context for turf removal programs, details anecdotal program challenges, and provides guidance on how to optimize program outcomes.

Data and information presented in the report were collected from Council member water agencies.
