The State Water Board has directed its staff to develop draft emergency water conservation regulations. The State Board will review those draft regulations at its July 15, 2014 meeting.  Member comments should be sent to State Board staff at DroughtSurvey@waterboards.ca.gov by Friday, June 27, 2014.
