The intent of the Listening Session is to provide DWR with public views on technical methodologies and a water use target method at the beginning of DWR’s implementation process for the water conservation act. DWR would like feedback on possible approaches and assistance in identifying feasible calculation methodologies and identifying possible data sources for technical methodologies and a water use target method. Stakeholder input is needed to decide on the proper approach to meet the legislative requirements.
More information on the projects is below. The legislation can be found click here.
